{"id":19495,"date":"2012-12-26T15:23:53","date_gmt":"2012-12-26T23:23:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spiken.wpengine.com\/news\/state-patrol-trooper-suffers-minor-injuries-in-south-277th-street-collision\/"},"modified":"2016-10-23T08:05:29","modified_gmt":"2016-10-23T15:05:29","slug":"state-patrol-trooper-suffers-minor-injuries-in-south-277th-street-collision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/state-patrol-trooper-suffers-minor-injuries-in-south-277th-street-collision\/","title":{"rendered":"State Patrol trooper suffers minor injuries in South 277th Street collision"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>A Washington State Patrol trooper suffered minor injuries when a vehicle driven by a Kent man collided with the State Patrol car at about 8:25 p.m. Dec. 24.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The 49-year-old Kent man allegedly ran a stop light while eastbound on South 277th Street and collided with the 37-year-old female trooper&#8217;s car at the intersection as she exited northbound Highway 167 to South 277th Street, according to a State Patrol media release.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Paramedics transported the trooper to Valley Medical Center with minor injuries. The Kent man was not injured. He was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo. The trooper drove a 2010 Ford Crown Victoria.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Drugs or alcohol were not involved in the accident.
