George Anderson, guest speaker and a master of physical therapy, says he works on a regular basis with clients who struggle to maintain an exercise routine.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
“This discussion is a great way to get answers. It’s easier than you think to get on a healthy track,” Anderson said.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Free blood pressure and glucose screenings, spinal stress analysis and 10-minute massages will be provided.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
