He walked away from his Kent East Hill adult home care facility and has not been seen or heard from since, according to a Kent Police media release on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Canales has medical conditions to include a heart defect and diabetes that require daily medication. More concerning is that Canales did not take his medication or any personal items with him.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Canales is a Hispanic male. He stands 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds.
