A battalion chief arrived first and spotted smoke and flames coming from a condo unit.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The only occupant of the unit got out safely and called 911. King County Medic One evaluated the individual who checked out fine.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Firefighters had the fire out by about 10:40 p.m. The first crew attacked the fire from the outside while the next crew made their way inside to attack the fire and ensure there were no other occupants.
