Accomplishment: Despite falling down and suffering an abrasion to his arm, Richmond managed to take 30th overall at the West Central District cross country meet, which helped the Conquerors place fourth and earn a berth to this weekend\u2019s state meet in Pasco.<\/p>\n
Favorite class: Marketing.<\/p>\n
If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite my Kentwood cross country team, and I would serve spaghetti and meatballs.<\/p>\n
Greatest athletic moment: Running a 16:21 at the sub-district meet this year and placing 11th.<\/p>\n

CALEB SAULO, Kentlake<\/b><\/p>\n
Grade: Junior.<\/p>\n
Sport: Football.<\/p>\n
Accomplishment: Saulo threw for a pair of touchdowns and ran for another, leading the Falcons past Kent-Meridian on Oct. 29, 42-39. Favorite class: U.S. History.<\/p>\n
If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite my personal quarterback trainer, Cliff McBride. He was a former QB for the University of Washington … and he got into a car accident that practically ended his dream of playing football at the next level. For dinner, we would east some of the best seafood pho.<\/p>\n
Greatest athletic moment: Winning my first ever junior football championship as a bantam for the Sea-Tac Sharks along with my cousins, Nu\u2019u and Stephon Vaifale.<\/p>\n
In 10 years I will be …: Playing professional football, and if that does not work out, my Plan B is to become involved with law enforcement or possibly becoming a football coach.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
EMILY TANASSE, Kentlake<\/b><\/p>\n
Grade: Sophomore.<\/p>\n
Sport: Football.<\/p>\n
Accomplishment: Tanasse won the 100-yard butterfly and took third in the 100 backstroke with a state-qualifying time of 1:00.41 en route to helping the Falcons place second at last weekend\u2019s district meet. If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte and we would go to Little Caesars for pizza.<\/p>\n
Greatest athletic moment: Standing on the podium and getting a medal at state last year.<\/p>\n
In 10 years I will be …: Out of college, living somewhere nice and … hopefully working as a veterinarian.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
BRANDON HARRIS, K-M<\/b><\/p>\n
Grade: Senior.<\/p>\n
Sport: Football.<\/p>\n
Accomplishment: Harris pulled in six catches for 100 yards, including a pair of touchdowns in last week\u2019s 42-39 loss to Kentlake.<\/p>\n
Favorite class: Leadership.<\/p>\n
If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I\u2019d invite Beyonce and I would serve fried chicken, macaroni and cheese and Kool-Aid with Krispy Kremes for dessert.<\/p>\n
Greatest athletic moment: Ruining Thomas Jefferson\u2019s homecoming with a K-M win.<\/p>\n

CHLOE WATSON, K-M<\/b><\/p>\n

Sport: Volleyball.<\/p>\n
Accomplishment: Watson racked up 22 kills and collected 15 digs, leading the Royals to a four-game match victory over Kentridge last week.<\/p>\n
Favorite class: Yearbook.<\/p>\n
If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite my baby cousin Princess Va\u2019a. She lives in Hawaii right now, and I really miss her. Knowing her, we would probably just eat Spam and eggs with rice. Greatest athletic moment: My club volleyball team has qualified for Nationals three years in a row, and each time was pretty significant. But I think my greatest athletic moment has yet to come.<\/p>\n
