One of the largest winter car shows in the Puget Sound region unfolds Dec. 2 as the NW Toy Run sponsored by Lexus of Bellevue makes its annual holiday stop at Pacific Raceways.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
A new, unwrapped toy or a $5 donation will be collected at the gate with all proceeds going to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program, now in its eighth year.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The event runs from noon to 4 p.m. and features import groups and car clubs from throughout the Northwest.\u00a0 Last year, more than 2,000 cars packed the raceway’s upper paddock area with participants contributing more than 6,000 toys and $4,100.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
New this year will be the opportunity for lead and follow on the historic 2.25-mile road course as well as rides in the ProFormance Racing School BMW taxi cab.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
