Riverbend is a full-service complex with a driving range and Par 3 course. There are 700 members in our men\u2019s and ladies\u2019 clubs and 65,000 rounds are played here each year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The City will be issuing a Request for Proposals in the coming weeks.
