\u2022 Grade: Sophomore.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sport: Cross Country.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Accomplishment: Lunder, who is in his first year of cross country, delivered a time of 16:40.5 during last Saturday’s Westside Classic at Tacoma’s American Lake Golf Course, which not only was good enough for 20th place, but also a berth in the state meet.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Favorite class: French.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite (Olympic star) Bernard Lagat to dinner because he’s an amazing 1,500-meter runner. I would serve pizza because I love pizza and it’s a good carb-loading pre-race meal.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Favorite movie: The Dark Knight.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Most recent book read\/author: “David Copperfield” by Charles Dickens.<\/p>\n

\u2022 What’s on your iPod?: “Down” by Jay Sean.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Also noted: Lunder is in honors classes, including AP Biology, and sports a 3.918 grade-point average.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

KAILEY ULLAND<\/b><\/p>\n

Kentwood<\/p>\n

\u2022 Grade: Junior.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sport: Cross Country.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Accomplishment: Ulland was the second-highest local female placer during this past Saturday’s Westside Classic cross country meet at American Lake Golf Course, taking eighth overall with a time of 19:10.1. The big finish helped Ulland qualify for the state meet on Nov. 7 in Pasco.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Favorite class: AP U.S. History.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite Joe from Rascal Flatts (not Jonas Brothers), Enrique Iglesias, Brooke Bower and Erika Vossbeck. We would eat pumpkin bread and drink non-fat Smith Brothers’ milk. Brooke can have tuna.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Favorite movie: Hocus Pocus, The Proposal and all the Harry Potter movies.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Most recent book read\/author: “Oliver Twist” by Charles Dickens.<\/p>\n

\u2022 What’s on your iPod?: Any a cappella, The Killers and whatever makes me smile.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Also noted: Ulland also is accomplished in the classroom, where she sports a 3.9 grade-point average. In addition, she is part of the National Honors Society and Eastside FC.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

JORDAN ROBERTS<\/b><\/p>\n

Kent-Meridian<\/p>\n

\u2022 Grade: Senior.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sport: Cross Country.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Accomplishment: Roberts served up a personal-best time of 17:23 during this past weekend’s district cross country meet in Tacoma. The time on the 3.1-mile course helped the Royals place sixth as a team, which helped them qualify for the state meet slated for Nov. 7.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Favorite class: P.E.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite the cross country team and we would have pizza (no marinara).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Most recent book read\/author: “The Hatchet” by Gary Paulsen.<\/p>\n

\u2022 What’s on your iPod?: “Big Wiggly Style” by The Devil Wears Prada.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Also noted: Roberts is a multi-sport athlete who also competes in soccer and diving.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

SAVANNAH WOOD<\/b><\/p>\n

Kentlake<\/p>\n

\u2022 Grade: Senior.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sport: Soccer.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Accomplishment: With the third-place playoff berth on the line, Wood preserved a 0-0 shutout against Auburn Riverside last week, helping the Falcons remain ahead of the Ravens by a single point in the South Puget Sound League North Division standings.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Favorite class: AP Government and Math.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite (actor) Channing Tatum because he’s a cutie and I would take us to Applebee’s and eat a club house grill.<\/p>\n

\u2022 What is your greatest athletic moment: Playing the game of my life against Tahoma. Even though I let in two goals, I saved a ton.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Most recent book read\/author: “Blonde Ambition” by Zoey Dean.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Also noted: Next fall, Wood will attend the University of Oregon, where she hopes to play soccer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

MICHELLE BOSCOLE<\/b><\/p>\n

Kentridge<\/p>\n

\u2022 Grade: Senior.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sport: Volleyball.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Accomplishment: Boscole served up 30 assists, helping the Chargers sweep Emerald Ridge last Saturday (25-22, 25-18, 25-16) during the South Puget Sound League tournament held at Beamer High. The win helped Kentridge earn the tournament’s No. 7 seed to the West Central District tournament slated for Nov. 6-7.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Favorite class: Percussion.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: (Actor) Taylor Lautner. We would eat sushi.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Greatest athletic moment: When we beat Kentwood at the beginning of the season.<\/p>\n
