Time magazine recently recognized Communities in Schools as a national organization in its Sept. 20 Annual National Service issue as the nation\u2019s largest dropout-prevention organization.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seattlethunderbirds.com\">Seattle Thunderbirds<\/a> will recognize National Mentor\u2019s Month and CISK at their Jan. 30 home game against Everett (start time of 5:05 p.m.)<\/p>\n<p>CISK also has scheduled its annual breakfast for March 16 at the Kent Senior Activity Center.<\/p>\n<p>The organization continues to seek sponsors for its mission of helping local students.
