The Council had voted April 20 to accept the city hearing examiner&#8217;s recommendation to allow the revised conditional-use permit for the project.<\/p>\n<p>Developer Kent 25 LLC, part of the YarrowBay Group, plans to build 75,302 square-feet of retail and office space as well as a 76,128-square foot, two-story senior care, assisted-living facility.
