The 1996 Mercedes sedan left the roadway and hit a tree at about 2:03 a.m., according to a State Patrol accident report. Drugs or alcohol were involved and the cause of the accident and potential charges are pending.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Paramedics transported the driver and three passengers to Valley Medical Center in Renton. The four were each treated and released by 10 a.m. Thursday, according to a hospital spokesman.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>All four were wearing seat belts.
