The popular R&B group Boyz II Men will headline the Ladies Night Out Concert, Volume 4 at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 at the ShoWare Center in Kent.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Boyz II Men, featuring Wanya Morris, Nathan Morris and Shawn Stockman, is the best selling R&B group of all time. The group became popular in the 1990s with the hit “End of the Road” which stayed No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 13 weeks in 1992.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The R&B lineup also includes Brian McKnight, Michel’le and Pacific Northwest singers Choklate, of Seattle,; Rocky Sandoval, of Tacoma; and Caitlin Cardier, of Bend, Ore. Seattle-area comedian Nate Jackson, who was raised in Lacey, will host the concert.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
McKnight had the No. 1 R&B single “Anytime” in 1997. His other most popular songs include “You Should Be Mine (Don’t Waste Your Time),” and “Back at One.” Michel’le had several hit singles in 1990 including “No More Lies” and “Something in My Heart.”<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
