Kent residents can donate pajamas at the Farrington Court <\/a>retirement community to give to foster kids served by Treehouse.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

New or gently used pajamas can be dropped off at Farrington Court, 516 Kenosia Ave., until Thursday, Dec. 1.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Through Nov. 21, Farrington Court had collected 50 pairs of pajamas and more than $200 in cash donations. Farrington Court has a large display in its front lobby for easy drop-off.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This year, Farrington Court residents are particularly interested in ensuring that older foster kids aren\u2019t left out by collecting PJs for those 10-years-old and up.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The eighth annual One Eighty\/Leisure Care Pajama Drive hopes to collect 3,000 pajamas at its locations for Seattle-based Treehouse, whose free store serves more than 5,000 foster kids. The store features clothing, school supplies, books, toys and more.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
