On Friday night The Kent Reporter and Castle Bridge Winery will present Round Two of “Laugh the Knights Away,” Kent’s comedy laugh-off.<\/p>\n

The fun starts 8 p.m. at the winery, located at 7645 S. 180th St., Kent.<\/p>\n

This is the second in a series of three shows where the audience votes for a winner to go on to the finals. Round Three is set for Aug. 28 and the Finals for Sept. 18.<\/p>\n

Those of you familiar with the Seattle Comedy Scene will recognize the names of this week’s contestants: Jordan D, Edi Zanidache, Lukas Seely, Andrew Rivers and host Mike Corning.<\/p>\n

Billed as “a man from the future,” Jordan D touches on the possibility of time travel and the logic behind teleportation.<\/p>\n

Of Edi Zanidache, organizers say, this: “When he’s wrong, somehow he’s right!”<\/p>\n

Lukas Seely is known for his energy and antics.<\/p>\n

Andrew Rivers peppers his routine with true-life stories<\/p>\n

Tickets are $12 in advance, or $15 at the door.<\/p>\n

The price includes comedy show, a glass of wine or 3 tastings. Wine also is available for purchase during the show, as well as a cheese basket and light snacks. Doors open at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n
