{"id":15390,"date":"2011-09-12T11:36:38","date_gmt":"2011-09-12T18:36:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spiken.wpengine.com\/news\/kents-national-night-out-had-widespread-participation\/"},"modified":"2016-10-22T04:55:40","modified_gmt":"2016-10-22T11:55:40","slug":"kents-national-night-out-had-widespread-participation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/kents-national-night-out-had-widespread-participation\/","title":{"rendered":"Kent&#8217;s National Night Out had widespread participation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>A total of 106 events throughout Kent participated in the city&#8217;s 28th annual National Night Out.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>An<a title=\"NNO\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pnwlocalnews.com\/south_king\/ken\/community\/126733658.html\" target=\"_self\"> estimated 18,000 people participated<\/a> in the Aug. 2 event.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The night included 27 events on the East Hill, 25 in the Valley, 21 on the West Hill and 33 in the Panther Lake area, according to stats recently released by city officials.
