It didn&#8217;t reveal the name or location of the state&#8217;s first producer\/processor licensee but said the person would be present at the meeting.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The board is expected to issue a number of producer\/processor licenses in the next few weeks. It will issue retail licenses later this year.
