Volunteers are wanted by the city of Kent to do cleanup work on Saturday, April 18 at Morrill Meadows Park as part of the annual Earth Day celebration.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Crews are needed to destroy a large blackberry thicket as well as add cardboard and wood chips to needed areas.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon at the park, 10600 S.E. 248th St. Registration is required by noon on Wednesday, April 15.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
