{"id":14575,"date":"2013-09-06T12:25:26","date_gmt":"2013-09-06T19:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spiken.wpengine.com\/news\/fall-cert-registration-is-open\/"},"modified":"2016-10-21T17:25:30","modified_gmt":"2016-10-22T00:25:30","slug":"fall-cert-registration-is-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/fall-cert-registration-is-open\/","title":{"rendered":"Fall CERT registration is open"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>Kent Emergency Management is accepting applications for the fall Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training program.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>CERT is an eight-week class that helps civilians prepare for a disaster with classroom and hands-on training in: fire safety; terrorism; search and rescue; disaster medical; organization and disaster psychology.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Students can attend one of two sessions held each week beginning Sept. 18.
