The service will take place 10 a.m. Nov. 11 at the New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Worship and Family Life Center, 19300 108th Ave. S.E., Kent.<\/p>\n<p>David Ankcorn, executive minister of the church, said they are expecting full capacity at the service &#8211; about 1,000 people. As Nov. 11 is Veterans Day and school is closed, Ankcorn said they are expecting several hundred students to attend.<\/p>\n<p>Delivering the eulogy will be an aunt of Topps. Ankcorn explained she is a pastor, and will be traveling up from Texas to participate the service. The church&#8217;s own pastor, Dr. Leslie D.
