The Jags dropped their third straight North American Football League game on Saturday, falling to the Southern Oregon Renegades at French Field, 23-13. After winning two of its first three, King County is now 2-4.

Anthony Spain put Southern Oregon on the board in the second quarter with a 49-yard touchdown pass to Phil DuPont. But that 7-0 lead vanished right away, as Marcus Brooks returned the ensuing kickoff 87 yards to tie it, 7-7.

A safety and another Spain-to-Dumont TD pass gave the Renegades a 15-7 halftime lead.

Southern Oregon made it 23-7 in the third quarter on a 1-yard run by Nate Ellis. The Jaguars got back on the board in the fourth when Vernon Word scored on a 4-yard run.

Word led the Jaguars with 42 yards on seven carries.
