Raaen issued his decision on Sept. 9.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Crews will remove the two single-family residences, outbuildings and driveway now on the property. Garrison Creek is about 130 feet west of the property.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Primary access to the new development would be from 100th Avenue Southeast via a new public road, which would connect to 98th Place South in the developed plat immediately north of the project site.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Raaen oversaw a public hearing about the development on Aug. 27, according to city documents.
