Fire up the grill for Arbor Village event<\/p>\n

Arbor Village is hosting its official barbecue and ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon on April 2. Arbor Village (24121 116th Ave. SE) is a Retired and Assisted Living campus. Mayor Suzette Cooke will be on hand to cut the ribbon to the new facility at 1 p.m. The event is free.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

New team named to run Prudential Northwest<\/p>\n

Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, Tuesday announced a new management team for its Seattle\/Bellevue, Wash.-based affiliate Prudential Northwest Realty Associates. Mike Gain, a former owner of Prudential Northwest Realty Associates and Cayce & Gain Real Estate, assumes leadership of the company as chief executive officer.<\/p>\n

Gain, a 30-year real estate veteran in greater Seattle, appointed Roger Cayce, Michael Smith and Al Lynch to his management team. The four will oversee 575 sales professionals at offices in Kent, Bellevue, Burien, Federal Way, Mountlake Terrace, Seattle and West Seattle, plus a relocation department.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Green River offers classes to small business owners<\/p>\n

Green River Community College’s Small Business Assistance Center is offering several classes in March and April to help entrepreneurs survive the downturn.<\/p>\n
