Candidates Tina Budell, Hira Singh Bhullar, Brenda Fincher and Toni Troutner are scheduled to attend.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Candidates will take questions from the audience and have two minutes to answer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>In addition, a voter participation campaign event is set for Saturday, Oct. 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kent Commons.
