The hotel is at 25100 74th Ave. S. Kent Mayor Suzette Cooke will officially welcome the new hotel with a ribbon cutting at 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Red Lion took over the former Quality Inn and Suites. The new owners spent about $600,000 in renovations to the 60 guest rooms, public spaces and the exterior of the hotel.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The hotel offers free hot breakfast, free wireless, an indoor pool, an exercise room and meeting space that can accommodate approximately 40 people.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Red Lion has 47 hotels in nine states and one Canadian province.
