Then the Kent area youth and family will host their Chinese counterpart for three weeks in their home.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Teens, ages 14-17, enrolled and in good standing as a freshman, sophomore or junior attending home, public, or private school in the greater Kent area are encouraged to apply for the program. The cost of the Chinese Visa and half of the airfare is paid by the committee.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The deadline is Feb. 3 for applicants interested in expanding their world views and learning about China\u2019s rich cultural heritage.
