Dumlao was released on May 13 by the Washington State Patrol, which investigated the Aug. 31 single-vehicle accident along Interstate 90 about five miles east of Moses Lake.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Dumlao was driving a 2003 Toyota Rav4 westbound at about 6:27 a.m. when he reportedly fell asleep at the wheel, according to the State Patrol. The SUV crossed all lanes and left the roadway to the right, rolled and came to a rest on its wheel.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>A 27-year-old woman passenger also suffered injuries in the wreck. She was treated for injuries at Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake.
