Manske was walking in the southbound lanes when she was struck by a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban driven by a 62-year-old Tacoma man, according to a Washington State Patrol media release. Manske died at the scene.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Manske was a passenger in a car that had pulled over to the freeway shoulder.
