Kent Police are asking for help to identify a man wanted for the robbery of a Key Bank branch in the Panther Lake area.

The robbery occurred at about 11:18 a.m. Feb. 12 at 20540 108th Ave. S.E.

The man was given an undisclosed amount of cash and then fled on foot. While no weapon was seen, the note implied that harm would be done if the teller did not comply. The teller indicated that she was in fear that the man would hurt her or fellow employees.

The man is described as an unkempt white or light-skinned black male, mid-30s in age, standing 6 feet to 6 feet, 3, inches, with a medium build. He was described as possibly having tattoo’s on either of his hands or the knuckles of his fingers, as well as a tattoo near his eyes.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Kent Police Tip line at 253-856-5808.
