{"id":11037,"date":"2015-07-31T14:13:33","date_gmt":"2015-07-31T21:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spiken.wpengine.com\/news\/theatre-battery-to-offer-two-free-showings-of-a-maze\/"},"modified":"2016-10-23T14:35:36","modified_gmt":"2016-10-23T21:35:36","slug":"theatre-battery-to-offer-two-free-showings-of-a-maze","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/theatre-battery-to-offer-two-free-showings-of-a-maze\/","title":{"rendered":"Theatre Battery to offer two free showings of &#8220;A Maze&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>Theatre Battery, a local theater company geared at bringing theater to Kent, has extended its run of &#8220;A Maze&#8221; by offering two free shows, at 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Aug. 6 and 7, at Kent Station, 434 Ramsay Way, Suite 103.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Logan Ellis, Theatre Battery&#8217;s co-founder and the production&#8217;s director, said the play, which opened July 16, has been well received and he wanted to give anyone in the community a chance to see the production.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>&#8220;This is an experiment for us to see what happens if we remove all barriers to participation,&#8221; Ellis said.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Reservations are not required but can be made <a href=\"https:\/\/theatrebattery.strangertickets.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">online<\/a> or by sending an email to theatrebattery@gmail.com.
