The new Red Lion Inn & Suites in Kent, 25100 74th Ave. S., just east of Highway 167, features 60 renovated rooms.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Paul Sandhu, director of operations, and his staff joined the Kent Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, March 7 for a grand opening celebration that included a ribbon cutting by Mayor Suzette Cooke.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The new owners spent about $600,000 in renovations to the rooms, public spaces and exterior of the hotel over the last four months. Red Lion took over the former Quality Inn and Suites.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The hotel offers free hot breakfast, free wireless, an indoor pool, an exercise room and meeting space that can accommodate approximately 40 people.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
