He reportedly shot a 23-year-old man outside the apartments near the C Building.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Paramedics transported the man to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Robinson said the man was in critical condition.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\u201cMultiple shots were fired and hit the victim,\u201d said Robinson, who did not have information about where the man lived. \u201cIt sounds like it may have been over a woman.
