Several of the Disney On Ice Frozen shows in November at the ShoWare Center in Kent are already close to selling out.

Even though the 10 shows are still 10 months away, tickets are going fast. Each show from Nov. 11-16 has a seating capacity of about 3,600.

“I feel pretty strongly in saying every single performance will be absolute maximum capacity and they will squeeze as many bodies in here as possible and every ticket will sell,” said Ryan Hart, ShoWare Center director of sales and marketing. “It’s that popular.”

Frozen tickets went on pre-sale in November and more than 50 percent of the 36,000 tickets were sold, said Tim Higgins, ShoWare Center general manager. Tickets to the general public went on sale on Jan. 27.

“It’s incredible how the show is selling,” Higgins said.

As of Wednesday, several of the weekend shows were down to single tickets. The arena does have suites available for the shows.

“I have a 4-year-old daughter there wasn’t even a question,” said Ben Wolters, city of Kent economic and community development director, about buying tickets for Frozen.
