Attention T-Bird fans: Now is your chance to interface with the Thunderbirds.

And all it will take is the click of a mouse.

Kent’s WHL hockey team announced this week that it’s created a T-Birds fan page on Facebook.

The page will have photos, videos, press releases, event listings and will give fans the chance to interact with the team online.

T-Birds fans are encouraged to use the search function on Facebook to find the T-Birds official fan page. Once fans have found the official page they will need to click on the “Become A Fan” link at the top of the page.

The address is http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/pages/Seattle-Thunderbirds/88453342812?ref=nf

“With the creation of a T-Birds Twitter account last week and the creation of the official T-Birds Facebook Fan page this week, we feel have increased our online marketing capabilities as we head towards our first full season in the ShoWare Center,” said T-Birds Director of Public and Media Relations Ian Henry. “We look forward to the creative interaction we will have with fans through both of these mediums.”

T-Birds season tickets for the 2009-10 season are currently on sale. Season tickets can be purchased by calling the T-Birds office at 253-239-7825.
