The Seattle Thunderbirds will play six Western Hockey League preseason games prior to the 2021-22 regular season, including one at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent.
Seattle starts the preseason at the Silvertips Preseason Classic in Everett. They will play their first game at the Classic against the Portland Winterhawks at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 10 followed by a 2 p.m. Sept. 11 game against the Spokane Chiefs on Saturday, September 11 at 2 pm. The Classic ends for the T-Birds on Sunday,and a noon Sept. 12 contest against the Tri-City Americans.
Preseason play continues for the T-Birds at the Red Lion Hotels’ Preseason Tournament at the Toyota Center in Kennewick. The T-Birds play at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, against Everett and play at noon Sept. 19 against Portland.
The T-Birds wrap up the preseason with a home game against Everett at 7:05 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21. Tickets for the game will go on sale on a date in August to be determined.
The regular season home opener is at 6:05 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9 against Portland.
The T-Birds will announce their full 2021-22 regular season schedule on June 23.
Single game tickets for the regular season will go on sale on a date to be determined in August online on the T-Birds website and at the accesso ShoWare Center box office.
