The Seattle Thunderbirds hosted the Portland Winterhawks at the ShoWare Center Saturday evening, Sept. 24.
The T-birds lost 6-3, but the game was tight until the closing minutes of the third period.
Total shots on goal were 24 for the T-birds and 46 for Portland.
