The Seattle Stars FC men’s and women’s soccer teams host a doubleheader Saturday, July 22, at Kent’s French Field, 10020 SE 256th St.
The men take on South Sound FC at 4 p.m., in the Stars’ last home game of the season. Seattle is seeking its first Evergreen Premier Soccer League title, since the team joined the eight-member league in 2014. Seattle Stars is a semi-professional football club in King County founded in 2011. It features college- and post-college-age players.
The Seattle Stars women play Fuerza FC, of Marysville, at 6:30 p.m. in the semifinals in the Northwest Premier League (NWPL). The amateur league features nine teams of elite high school, current college and former professional adult players.
