Pro wrestling comes to Kent’s accesso ShoWare Center on Saturday, June 1 when Ring of Honor makes its Pacific Northwest debut.
The group’s top stars will compete in the hard-hitting, in-your-face action. The event starts at 7 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m.
Ring of Honor hopes to capitalize on the tradition of pro wrestling in the northwest when legendary promoter Don Owen brought in stars such as Roddy Piper, Jimmy Snuka, Playboy Buddy Rose and Moondog Mayne.
The roster for the Kent event has not yet been released.
Jay Lethal, Bully Ray, Kelly Klein, Kenny King and Beer City Bruiser are among the Ring of Honor star performers.
Tickets range from $30 to $100. Purchase tickets at accessoshowarecenter.com or the ShoWare Center Box Office, 625 W. James St.
Following the Kent show, Ring of Honor heads to a June 2 performance at Portland State University’s Viking Pavilion in Oregon.
