From the Sideline

“Isaac deserves Athlete of Week for so many reasons. His records could be dedicated to an entire book. He is a multi-sports star. He excels at football, basketball and baseball. Learning how to play multiple sports has allowed him to apply his competitiveness, skill and desire. Isaac is the most competitive player on my team. He yearns to win more than other player. Based on his performance, I would have no hesitation to sit with him in any ‘foxhole’ on the front lines of battle. He is a true brother to his teammates, and he respects his coach.” – Coach Travis Foltz

A: I like them all but calculus is my favorite.

Q: What other activities do you participate in?

A: Make cards for special occasions.

Q: Person who has helped you succeed the most?

A: My dad. He set my foundation for tennis.

Q: Do you have a pre- or post-game tradition? What is it?

A: Not really. I try not to let it get into my head.

Q: Song you currently can’t get enough of?

A: “Better” by Sam Rui.

From the Sideline

“Aimee is my choice because she has been playing as our No. 1 singles player, though she would rather play doubles. She is supporting our team’s needs over her own personal preferences. Aimee is a full IB (International Baccalaureate) diploma candidate. She is maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.98.” – Coach Debbie Herron
