A: My dad, my teammate Ryan and my coach Ken Paul

A: Listening to Kayne West and any dramatic instrumental music

From the Sideline
“Koji trained consistently over the summer increasing his mileage cumulatively. The level of year-to-year improvement he demonstrates is impressive. He works hard and races harder. He is exceptionally disciplined, does not waste energy early in races and is always in the hunt at the end. He leads his teammates through actions, not words. Clearly a true candidate for Athlete of the Week. He also maintains a 4.0 GPA, is Cross Country team captain and participates on the Kentwood boys soccer team.
