These four-day camps take place at Kentridge High School, and are open to boys and girls ages 10-18 in all sports. The focus will be on developing speed, agility, quickness, running technique, injury prevention, and linear and lateral movement. FOOTBALL

AUBURN PARKS TURF BURN TOURNAMENT

Registration for this six-a-side tournament (formerly the Grass Stain tournament) is open. The early registration deadline is Aug. 6. The team entry fee is $250, with a three-game guarantee. More information: Auburn Parks at (253) 931-3043.

KENT PARKS ADULT FLAG LEAGUE

Registration is open for this pass-only league. An eight-game schedule will be played on Sundays and/or Wednesday evenings from September through November. The team entry fee is $345, and the roster fee is $245, both of which are due by Aug 11. More information: Kent Parks at (253) 856-5000.

MAPLE VALLEY ADULT FLAG LEAGUE

This 6-on-6, no-contact league is being offered by Maple Valley Parks. Teams will play one jamboree game and seven regular-season games. If enough teams sign up, two divisions – Recreational and Competitive – will be offered. The jamboree is Sept. 6, the regular season begins Sept. 13, with playoffs for the top four teams in each division. Games are played at Lake Wilderness Park. The team registration fee is $470. OFFICIALS are needed to work 2-6 hours on Saturday, with pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour. TEAM SPONSORS also are needed. TAHOMA LEARNING COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

KENT PARKS YOUTH SOCCER

Leagues for boys and girls in Pre-K through Grade 6 are forming. Leagues are formed by grades, with Pre-K and K/1st playing coed, and all others (Grades 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6) having separate boys and girls leagues. KENT PARKS SUMMER LESSONS
