Kentwood rolled past Mount Rainier 34-0 in a North Puget Sound League 4A Cascade Division game at Highline Stadium on Friday night.

Kentwood rolled past Mount Rainier 34-0 in a North Puget Sound League 4A Cascade Division game at Highline Stadium on Friday night.

The Conquerors improved to a division-leading 4-0 record, 4-2 overall. The Rams dropped to 3-1 and 5-1.

Chavez Kalua-Fuimaono ran for touchdowns of 8 and 39 yards, and quarterback Colby Burton threw TDs to Stephen Watson and Jacob Cronn.

The game was called with 10:34 left in the fourth quarter after injuries to two Mount Rainier players.

Elsewhere

At Kennedy 35, Kent-Meridian 21: Ben Gaoteote threw three touchdown passes as the Lancers (3-1, 5-1) downed the Royals (1-3, 1-5) in an NPSL Cascade Division game at Highline Stadium on Saturday.

Curtis Hoyle scored on runs of 1 and 4 yards and Ben Woods found Amarjaray Pace for an 11-yard TD for Kent-Meridian.

At Kentlake 21, Tahoma 3: Eddie Edwards ran for two touchdowns and Marques Fuala’au added a third, leading the Falcons (3-1, 5-1) past the Bears (1-3, 1-5) in an NPSL Cascade Division game Friday.

At Hazen 42, Kentridge 14: The Highlanders (1-3, 2-4) throttled the Chargers (0-4, 0-6) in an NPSL Cascade Division game at Renton Stadiuim on Friday.
