A: Yearbook.

A: Graphic design.

A: The most inspirational pep talk you’ve ever heard.

“I am nominating Juan Gayles, a four-year wrestler, who was second in the league at 145 pounds and a team captain. Juan plans on enlisting into the Marine Corps after graduation. Juan is always one of the most hardworking wrestlers in the room, and because of his work ethic and his determination is the reason why he has made it to the state tournament.” – Coach Todd Lantz

Q: What is your favorite subject in school?
A: American Sign Language.
Q: What other activities do you participate in?
A: I love reading and watching Netflix.
Q: Person who has helped you succeed the most?
A: My sister, Taylor Jenkins.
Q: Do you have a pre- or post-game tradition? What is it?
A: I listen to a mixture of ’90s R&B and rap. I stretch the same exact way before every game during warm-up.
Q: Song you currently can’t get enough of?
A: “Splashin” by Rich the Kid.
