Kent athletes shined at the state 4A track and field meet at Mount Tahoma High School this weekend.
Kentwood’s Brandon Stribling and Brittany Woke soared to long jump titles. Kentridge’s Tanner Conner scored seconds in both hurdle events, while the Conquerors’ 400-meter relay team picked up silver.
Kent-Meridian’s Jahleel Smith was second in the pole vault.
Photographers Rachel Ciampi and Mark Klaas captured some of the highlights.
