The WIAA, Dairy Farmers of Washington and Les Schwab Tires provide the eighth annual Smart Choices College Scholarship, which will recognize one female and one male high school student for their achievements in athletics/activities, the community and the classroom with $5,000 college scholarships to the college or university of their choice.
In addition to the two $5,000 scholarship winners, eight finalists will receive $1,000 scholarships.
