Ronald I. Drennen Sr.
Ronald I. Drennen SR, 79, died October 4, 2016 at his sister’s home in Bonney Lake, WA from an extended illness. He was a machinist until his retirement several years ago.
Mr. Drennen was born February 3, 1937 in Fenwick, WV His family moved to the Puget Sound area in 1942 from Saxman, WV living beside the Green River in Kent, WA. He attended school at Thomas and Kent high school.
Mr. Drennen is survived by his two sons Ronald Drennen JR., of Milton-Freewater, OR and Marcus Drennen of Walla Walla, WA; five daughters: Vickey Drennen of Boring, OR; Jackie Sams and Cindy Lewis of Milton-Freewater, OR; Teresa Drennen of Great Falls, MT; and Pamela Neu of Longview, WA; a sister Pat Cape of Bonney Lake, WA and brother, Kenneth Drennen of Kent, WA; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, and a sister, Frances McGrath.
