Roger Lowell Chandler passed away at home on Nov. 8, 2019. He was 100.
Born June 3, 1919, in Alberta Canada. He grew up in Albany, Ore. and married Mary Aileen McCormack on July 9, 1944. They raised their family in Renton, Wash. where he lived for 67 years.
Mr. Chandler worked as a Boeing engineer and manager for 38 years. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed gardening, reading, history, singing in the choir, and people. He was a leader in his church with a strong love for the Lord.
He is survived by his children; Aileen Richmond, Stanley Chandler, Virginia Bryant, Bruce Chandler, Barbara Draper, Esther Kelly, Helen Beckley; their spouses; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his loving wife Mary.
