Mary Sibbald Carroll
May 13, 1919 – March 19, 2011
A lovely lady has left us to go to a better place. Born in Minot, ND, raised in Kelso, WA, graduated from Central Washington University, and taught in Alaska and Highline schools. Married to Bill Carrol, who was with the airlines, they were able to travel the world; liked to sail their sailboat in the San Juans, camping and fishing when they could. She loved to dance, socialize, and golf…She loved animals, birds, even bugs…wouldn’t kill a fly…catch it and put it outside. They retired to their home in Chapala, Mexico and lived there till Bill passed away…after, she started to spend half the year at home in Seattle as well, and bought a home in Kent…until she needed to move to Stafford Suites where she lived the last 10 years. We shall all miss her playful smile.
