Kimberly J. Ellis
Kimberly J. Ellis, Normandy Park, Wash. resident, died Friday, May 6, 2011 of a brain seizure. She was 42.Born Kimberly Joy Kopp on January 10, 1969 in Seattle, WA, she lived in Washington state most of her life. She was a faithful member of every church she attended, using her gifts of administration and compassion to serve others. Since 1997, she worked in Facilities Customer Service at CB Richard Ellis in Tukwila. She enjoyed gardening, Sudoku, jigsaw puzzles, volleyball, poetry, and creating greeting cards.She is survived by her parents John and Carol Kopp, Auburn; brother Kevin Kopp, Tukwila; and nephews Trevor and Trent Kopp, Tacoma. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 28 at 10 a.m. at John Knox Presbyterian Church, 109 SW Normandy Road, Normandy Park. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Kimberly J. Ellis Memorial Fund to be divided between the local food bank and Village Missions.
