Jack Lee George passed peacefully in Des Moines, WA on November 25, 2024. Jack spent his formative years growing up in Wallace, ID then after a family move graduated from West Seattle HS. He served in the Army in the Korean Conflict, then returned to Seattle to attend the
University of Washington and obtained degrees in Business/Law. He met his wife Betty during their college years. After graduation, he worked fourteen years for The Boeing Company, then accepted a leadership role with Northwest Traffic Management of Kent, WA. In 1990, after serving 20 years with the company, Jack was promoted to President/CEO.
In addition to his wife Betty, Jack is survived by his sons Bill, Kevin, and Tim. The couple has 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services and interment will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery on Friday, December 20 at 3:00 pm.
