David Ray Obert was born in Yakima, WA June 3, 1942 and passed away in Bonney Lake, WA September 24, 2017.
He is survived by brothers Kenneth (Nancy) of Chimicum WA, Leonard of Renton, WA, and sister Eileen Anderson-Vetani (Paul) of Bonney Lake, WA. He had numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews. There are also 7 surviving cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace and mother Dorothy (Showers) Obert.
David graduated from Kent-Meridian High School in 1961. He attended the Seattle Art School until he was drafted into the Army in 1964.
A service will be held at the Bonney Lake Seventh Day Adventist Church on October 22nd, 3pm. He will be interred at the Mt. Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent.
